How the digestion works?

How the digestion works?

Gastric Juice, as known as stomach acid, is a digestive fluid formed in the stomach membrane and is composed of hydrochloric acid, potassium chloride, and sodium chloride. It participates in a serious role when we talk about digestion.

The human body releases stomach juice ceaselessly in a minimal amount. During sleep, the secretion is the most minimalist, as in most cases even be ceased. The secretion of stomach juice begins at the moment that we smell food or swallow it, and the acid has started producing acid aggressively.

Within five minutes, the acid is sufficient to continue to act between 2-4 hours, or as long as is necessary to process all the food that we are accepted.

The brain sends impulses what kind of food is going to swallow and thus understand what stomach enzymes to use. As babies, we've created points ( "memories" ) that help us to recognize the type of food and how to handle it. Therefore, when you eat something for the first time should take in self-catering to "train" the stomach. However, sometimes the body needs more than one experience with certain foods to self-learning.

Food Sequencing (Digestion Order)

Thanks to the way our stomach works, it uses different enzymes in the acid, which is used to dissolve swallowed food.

Each food has treated with different enzymes and if we've mixed foods in one meal we could threaten the quality of the enzymes.

If we do some pause between swallowing various foods, then they will be ordered as layers in the stomach. As a product of that, each food will be processed separately and the digestion will pass just fine.

If you accept the rice with meat at once, the stomach will then process them together using the same enzymes and thus, can proceed with a bad chemical reaction that can lead to heartburn, gas and bloating. That is why it is important how we combine foods.

Eating Pyramid (Digestion Rule)

The basic rule of eating consistency is: The higher the water content of food, the higher it should be in the digestive tract. The lower the water content, the later this food is taken.

Water-containing foods digest easily and quickly give way to those high in protein, carbohydrates, and fats.

Begin eating with the easiest to digest food

Consume the easiest products first and then swallow the rest and take time between two products. The tough foods for digestion require more time to be processed and adopted.

Therefore, if we begin with the difficult to digest food and then we eat the easiest food, the problem may occur and cause digestion disorder.

For example, if we eat meat, it needs 2-4 hours to fully absorbed. Combining with fruit for dessert, it's very possible to start rotting or fermentation because that fruit should wait for the meat degradation.

The food that we accepted in the first place, is being processed first. The last will stay in the queue for digesting till the rest (previous) food has been processed.

The Six Eating Rules

Ideal Food Sequence Rules are presented as follow:

(1) Drinks are taken 30-60 minutes before meals. It is advisable to drink two glasses of water.
(2) Fruits are always taken on an empty stomach, never with other foods and never for dessert. When eating fruits, there are additional features that need to be addressed:
    - Melons are eaten before all other fruits.
    - This is followed by acid-containing fruits such as citrus, pineapple, blackberries, French grapes, pomegranate, pickles, etc.
    - The last is the sweet fruits (pears, sweet apples, paradise apples, bananas).

After you have eaten the fruit, you should wait 15 minutes before eating anything else.

(4) Vegetables are eaten before starch-containing foods. Salads and vegetable dishes should always be on the table before the main meal and not with it.
(5) Foods containing starch are always eaten before those with a predominant protein concentration. Carbohydrate toppings like potatoes, rice, pasta and more. are taken BEFORE meat, fish, and eggs.
(6) And last but not least, the time for digestion of food should be borne in mind. The thing that is most easily digested is eaten first, and that which requires more time last.

Food Pyramid [Eating Right]

Here's the ladder of proper nutrition. Always accept food in this order:

(1) The Ladder according to a type of food (eat foods in the following sequence)

• Water and drinks

• Fruit

• Vegetables

• Potatoes, Pulses

• Bakery products

• Milk and milk products

• Eggs

• Nuts

• Fish

• Meat products

• Pastries

(2) The Ladder according to the type of cooking (consume foods in the followed order):

• Cooked

• Raw

• Baked

• Fried

• Smoked

(3) the Ladder according to the taste of the food:

• Neutral

• Medium-containing sweet or salty

• Very salty or sweet, very or average measure of spicy food, or acidic foods

• Spicy food

Examples, arranged in the right eating order of swallow:

1. beer; French fries; Fried Sprats; Ice cream

2. cheese; rice pudding

3. cobbler; Boiled beans; Breaded Yellow Cheese;

4. banana; Pork fillet; Jam

5. fruit salad; Apple Pie; Chocolate wafer; Jam

(!) Some foods are considered common allergens. These are milk, eggs, nuts.

(!) All fried foods are more hard digested and should not be treated like easily digestible, even to talk about fruit.

6

step

End of fatigue after eating

Each layer of food was digested individually without mixing with the others. If taken correctly, the food is digested quickly and without problems. No gases are formed and no fatigue occurs. On the contrary, one feels alert and full of energy.

If the same meal was mixed - a little from here, a little from there, digestion would take many hours, accompanied by a feeling of heaviness, gas, acid and more. And all because of the wrong sequence!

People with slow digestion should not consume many different foods at one meal at all. It is better to eat less and often.

7

tip

Intolerable foods suddenly become tolerable

If you have suffered from stomach problems so far, follow the consumption of nuts, avocados or fruits, you probably thought you were not good for you, you should not present them.

In real attractions, you are simply consumed with the wrong effects of attractions or in the wrong combination with other foods. If I have nuts that are fruit, it is rich in fat, nuts predict the digestion of the fruit. Have the right results, these two products all of a sudden create great tolerance and feel great.

Take the famous melon ham combination, which should be served as a delicacy appetizer. The melon by itself would be wonderful, but the fat of the ham interferes with its digestion, which leads the driver to trouble problems.
