Hi, I don't know how to help you, but I can tell you what I would do and what I did when I was looking for the job I wanted (desired for 2-3 years). I dug in the biggest Bulgarian sites for job postings with an open position like mine. I applied for 13-14 ads. I received 5 invitations for interviews and finally I managed to qualify for one position in Sofia, which I accepted. What would I do - once you say that's what you want to do - apply and talk to the people you need, you can even send documents to the company (for example on the site or by email and try to look as professional as possible CB -to you), although there are no open places (whether they will call you is another topic, but still what you lose - nothing, as I did not lose anything from all the cuts).
