Work Survival

The Story

Hello, I started a new job with many employees. I haven't worked like that until now. I have a great desire and passion to learn. The problem is that I am temporarily on replacement. I don't do what I have to do, I do more technical work. They decided to train me and when the person who trains me took me to the other colleagues, everyone looked at me strangely. Maybe it's bad for us. I was left with a colleague to show me to study. But she seemed to be picky. She had the one I was replacing her with and she was coming back. To which I replied that I don't think badly of the employee, but she may not come back (I didn't say it badly, I don't know the one she replaces and I don't think badly even as a joke). However, the trainee in question touched on something sharply in the training process by asking questions and cut me off because I had more important things not to bother her. Is that how they interfere with things? Which sounded like it was you and I was me. Apparently they don't want to list me among them. They started talking to the other next to her we are for a while. It's like they're making fun of me because I'm for months after all.
