Which Job Offer To Choose

Hello, I am currently working in Germany. I am 35 years old, I have been living here for 16 years. I have been in the company for 9 years. My boss and I get along quite well, I also like my job. The problem is in the salary. According to a study by me, I currently work for 25% less than what is offered for similar positions and experience in the market. I have the following options: 1) From the same employer, but for work in the Sofia office. The position is lower in the hierarchy, not to mention the salary. So far, no attempt on my part to negotiate for more money has helped. Salary: BGN 5,000 net. 2) Remaining the current position and salary in Germany. Salary: 6200 in BGN net 3) Offer from another company in Germany, salary 7350 in BGN net. The industry is different, but the position itself looks interesting. 4) I am currently a key employee in a very important project. I can try to blackmail my current boss to give me more money for the position in Sofia by showing him the offer of others. Like everyone, I am not replaceable, but at least in the short term there will be serious difficulties to replace me and the cost of postponing the project will be hundreds of thousands, much more than I want. Naturally, in this case I will spoil the good relationship and the chances for future increases will be 0, as well as for growth in the company. The situation: - I want to return to BG because of most social contacts, friends, family. If I had one here, I would not even think of returning to BG. - However, there are also things in BG that irritate me very much, e.g. Sofia is terribly dirty, noisy, everywhere simpletons, gypsies, etc. - I do not consider money the most important thing, but somehow I feel cheated and with a hurt ego, and this does not give me peace. In practice, the employer prefers to have almost double the costs in Germany (gross salary is much higher due to taxes and social security) than to offer me more in BG. And this because of the insane bureaucracy of various aunts in HR. I want only BGN 1,200 more, ie to keep my current net salary, which is 30% less gross anyway. - My current company is a prestigious inter. concern. The position in Sofia will be practically at the European headquarters, many international projects, etc. - The other company in Germany is smaller and less famous. However, I also know the future boss well there, the position is really interesting and challenging. The bad thing is that the possibility of social contacts there will be zero, as it is located in a small village away from big cities. - The cost of living: In BG I think that I can save no more than 1000 leva per month from accommodation. Food is practically equally expensive. The worst: In BG there is no legible health insurance and pension. And I have to buy a car to go to the office. - The office in Sofia is in an impossible place. Travel 90 minutes at least by various gypsy flights or by car on the traffic jams on the southern ring road. - Opportunity, however, for 2 days a week Home Office As you can see, many pros and cons that pull in different directions.
