What Is Your Opinion About The Profession Dental Technician.

   When I look at my mother after 40 years of experience and her own laboratory where she works alone, she is not rich and it is a dirty job in general and you have to do a lot of modeling and look for connections with dentists who do not pay you small money and you you squat or be ready to go to some big lab like a bee.

   There is such a specialty in MU-Varna, as your exam is only in modeling. I've applied before and they broke me, but if you can paint, I guess it will be easy for you. The courses are not obligatory, at least for the specialty in Varna. Good luck. :)

   I also have a bachelor's degree and will turn 27 in a few months. Just like you, right now I'm looking to orient myself to another profession and enroll in a new one. It is never too late for a new beginning when one wants change. Plus you get more options this way.

   It will certainly hold. Dental technicians are the necessary colleagues of dentists :) There will always be a need.

   From the Author: Do you have information on how many hours are total lectures and exercises per day, I guess 5 days a week. What is the cost of training per semester. As far as I know there are 3 semesters. Is the ethics exam difficult? In general, I have studied ethics before and it seemed like a ball. On average, how long does it take to prepare for the exams. Whether 4-5 months of weekend and Sunday modeling exercises and parallel dry reading will suffice. Let's say a month earlier to give it only in preparation.

   Artificial intelligence only worries that 3D printers are becoming more and more popular. Everything related to technological diversity or future professions, etc. I advise you to look for information in English. One billion and 400 million people speak English as opposed to several million Bulgarian. In English there is much more information, analysis and separately, economically perspective there is much more information from developed countries on these topics for the future and work.

   I was 31 when I enrolled in dentistry, haha. It is certainly not too late for you, but keep in mind that dental technology is oriented towards digitalization of almost all processes. Here in Germany, I think that in 10 years over 90% of the products (crowns, bridges, splints, prostheses, veneers, inlays, etc.) will be made digitally with CAD CAM or some equivalent. So the question of whether the profession of dental technician is not endangered is not at all illegitimate, at least in the coming years it will certainly change from modeling crowns by hand and casting pins to computer modeling. It's just that the latter is much faster and is no longer inferior to the classic techniques. In Bulgaria, all this may come a few years later, but it will certainly be necessary. I myself have some ideas if I return to invest in such equipment.

   My uncle makes a turnover of BGN 10,000, but he gives a lot of them for materials, I know from my mother that it is very difficult and he has finished this and works, he lives in the best neighborhood and so on.

   I don't think two grams of cermet costs as much as a gold ring. Here is what I think about the crown of a tooth starting from BGN 200 and about the tooth with a screw starting from BGN 1000. However, I don't know which of the two sides handles the dentist or the dental technician so hard. And the dentists to wash their hands and tools before each client that I'm tired of drifting out of their office. They probably infect everyone with parasites and staphylococci like that.
