Hi I will describe the processes and procedures of working in a company that claims to be the leading high-tech companies in Bulgaria. So let's say the department finances and your job is to support management by keeping track of whether the commissions, bonuses, etc. are properly reflected. employees from several departments. In addition, you also prepare management reports, results based on preliminary data, reports on the level of performance of certain indicators, etc. So far, so good. But imagine that the company works with N on a number of software and systems, many of which you need to use to find some information, all related to many manual processes and spins to get to what you need. For example, preliminary sales results are made from one system, the final results on the other. There is often a discrepancy, and you have to establish what the differences are due, in which of the two systems it is correctly accounted for. Against this background, you will need to constantly update your knowledge about the sales reporting policies. The rules change often: on average, there are about 8-10 changes per month. Moreover, they are also quite complex to apply sometimes, since everything is related to the fulfillment of a bunch of conditions and a lot of information. You will work with the complex functions of Excel, which I think is a big plus because the program has many useful functionalities. However, as a minus, I recognize that in spreadsheets everything is done manually and thus creates a prerequisite for error. Your duties also include drawing up reports for employee presentations, units, managers, such as employee of the month, highest scores, manager of the month, etc. You are also expected to be fallen into other departments in the company as far as you are concerned with the information you need to do your job. For example, the colleague in department X sends me some reference, I in turn need to check that the report is correct, i.e. if he has done his job so that I can use it. To enter the nature of work requires a long time to pass, even after a few years of working in the company I still feel like I want to talk in "Chinese". This is in short, there are more things that I can't describe them like that in two to three, I tried to represent the majority of them. And now I have to ask the questions. Would you work this? What salary do you expect? The city is Sofia. Higher education is required economically or technically, working level in English and the standard other skills for which we read in job advertisements. The reason I'm seeking advice here is that I feel like I'm working not particularly attractive, but at the expense of this complex job and I don't get a good enough paycheck for it. It is clear to me that this for everyone is individual and the answers may be different, but let's see who will prevail. Thanks
