The new colleagues in the company think they are very interesting and original in their statements,,, competent,, are on all issues and do not respect my opinion and work. At first I didn't pay attention to them, but now the glass is overflowing. After all, we are a team and we must work together. Trying to help and do more work in the little time we had, I was told not to touch everything. I said I wanted to help, but no one responded. I sat down and started doing my job, which was not urgent for me. The other colleague came and started doing what I wanted to do. But no one stopped her. She is even given all kinds of explanations, necessary and unnecessary. And I sit on the side and watch .... Their attitude towards me is extremely contemptuous. And I was the one who introduced them to the work process and I was friendly to them. But I think it's time to turn things around in my favor. I will be happy to reflect on this behavior on their part.

You are the man who ties his own hands, not someone else. Your weak character supported by fear is something that your colleagues will respect and notice you with. On the contrary, come to light. Even cling to what you think belongs to you and is yours. Do your job because you will lose it! Fight for yours!
