I have been in a new job for 3 months. In the old company I spent 3 years, in which only after the first 6 months my salary was raised once and then either the moment was still not suitable (according to the boss), or the company had to get back on its feet. Although the whole environment has always been full of stress and a lot of work, the company has always had revenues, even quite high, as a result of which the bosses showed a high standard. During the time I was in the company, they both changed their cars for new ones. Some people had their salaries raised in stages, but not me, even though I talked to my bosses. I can't complain about the company in terms of opportunities - I gained a lot of experience. There are good colleagues and we complement each other, as I myself have been praised many times for the results achieved, but this has never had a financial impact. After my salary dropped from the prices of goods and services (inflation) and at some point I failed to pay my bills, and always had to compromise on something, I decided to find a new job. I found more money in a new company with the same position. We parted ways with the old company, and the bosses didn't say anything. Now, 3 months later, they call me to go back to a much higher salary, because there was a lot of work and no one to do it. Two of the colleagues at the time had also left and gone abroad. Why doesn't the Bulgarian employer value his people on time, but pretends to be open and then roars that there was no one to work for him? Why are you almost all such idiots? I am now faced with the question of whether to return to my old job or continue in the current company. What would you do in such a situation and did it happen to you? Male of 28

Don't come back, in general, always look ahead, good luck!
