People in Bulgaria have never learned to seek their rights, and even go so far as to accept that they are to blame for everything and that insulting and trampling you is normal and motivating. Number 1 said it well! If you behave like that from the beginning, don't expect any difference in years. No one has the right to humiliate, insult or curse you! Employers must finally learn that they depend on their employees and owe them respect.

Unfortunately, the Bulgarian is used to being trampled and insulted and to sit idly by. I don't know how long I will continue to fight, but if he insults me once more, I will leave this company ... and during that time I will look for another job. Otherwise, I get along very well with the other colleagues, we even established friendly relations.

I think you need to tell your boss not to hold that tone and not to offend you, that you can judge him. Anyone can make a mistake and that is human. But constant insults are not tolerated, because you can get sick. Remember that psychologists soon found that one of the causes of cancer is an unforgivable insult. If you see that your boss is overdoing it, think about another job. And sooner or later he will get it. Everything comes back and there is retribution.
