Well, in Bulgaria it is so. There are a few cases where you get a decent salary, but they get expensive from work, you get a small salary and they get expensive again (this is the worst option) or you get some money, but at least you don't get overworked. Well, there is a 4th option, but it is for liaisons - you get a lot of money and do nothing. So basically you have the first 3 options. You decide, but believe me, it could be worse. To work so many hours again, but instead of 1000 leva to take 500. As for the opportunity to work with a friend, this is a double-edged sword. Because friendship is friendship, but when your girlfriend becomes a boss, well, quite often the relationship fucks up. I don't know if that's such a good idea, but if you think you'll feel better there ... In any case, this won't be your last job for sure, and you have to accept it, nowhere is it perfect and there will always be something you don't like. Her salary, her working hours, her bosses.

If you feel bad, then something is wrong, change the system. Whatever happens will not be the end of the world, believe me, look for development, now is the time to take risks, you have to move forward, to learn things constantly, do not be afraid of change.

I am somewhat in the same situation (by the way, are you from Gabrovo ??), but it's a little better for me, only sometimes I have to work 15-16 hours. I advise you to find another job first and then leave. Or while you are notified to find another job;)

I don't think you should leave until you've found another secure job. As long as you have some savings, no income will melt away in no time. You will not find a job for 900-1000 as much as you get now from volleyball for sure, you can focus on something less paid but calmer, because now you are super stressed, but as you are used to getting 1000 and falling to 600 will it be enough for you, because you are more or less used to spending these 1000? In general, think things through and then act, spontaneous decisions usually do not lead to anything good.
