   LinkedIn has a lot of recruitment (HR) and many profiles of professionals. Take a look at some designers and see what you are missing in the CV. You can also write to someone HR directly to view your profile. We cannot give an opinion here in a few lines

   On the 1st number I can say that the gaming industry is one of the fastest growing in the world !!

   I guess you are talking about companies in Bulgaria. They are not many, but there are many artists. I even recently watched a video that said that the share of successful game companies worldwide is not so great and artists should not hope much, but to orient themselves in other professions related to art. With this large selection, if we leave aside people recommended by acquaintances or with connections, these companies are looking for the best, not just looking to give someone a chance. If you could show your stuff, it would be easier to get an estimate of your level, and whether it was enough to get you somewhere. Go to Artstation, see what people in your field are doing to see where you are in this industry.

   They want someone to recommend you or to be a genius. And I retrain there, but I'm interested in making an environment - units, characters - zi-brush, architecture-3ds max, light- ... and in-ray, mapping-substance, 2d animation-flash, 2d spine, post-production, editing ... and it's unrealistic, at least not for beginners, if you haven't graduated from the academy, and if you don't have either links (recommendations) or an ultra portfolio. I don't have it, I will go to a monotonous job for a year until I learn more software, the problem with me is that everything is interesting to me and everywhere they say that you have to choose what is most interesting to you and put your energy there.
