My Boss Is Great :)

I want to explain that we have a love affair with him, I'm a 24-year-old woman and he's 27. But that's not what I'm going to talk about. We work in a branch of a large company and he is the manager. Our bosses decided to promote it much higher and we were left alone and wondering where to get it. When I started working in the branch, he was still a manager. Let's just say he didn't greet me very well, calling me to his room and remarking on a blouse I was wearing. It was a very ugly remark, kind of like I dressed like a whore. I had never met such a person, so demanding of himself and others. For the smallest mistakes short sheets and re-. He comes first, he leaves last. But I do not deny - the work is going. Others in the whole company may not have taken extra money for the holidays, and he paid us not only one salary plus, but a salary and a half. He knows our activity to the last letter, he is so busy. It protects us from shoots even before we make them :), it can even tell you exactly where you will go wrong before you start it as they say. Although he is demanding to work, he is able to maintain a friendly and cheerful atmosphere and the team is great. I will not comment on our personal relationships, but they date from 1 year, and again he made a sharp distinction between them and work, he did not tolerate me. Given my education and position, I was his right hand man, but make no mistake, no, if someone has done something accustomed to an explanation, it's me first. Anyway, I know him and I didn't harness him :). Now, however, he has risen, and I have taken his place :(. The salary has gone up, but somehow you feel his lack. Everyone misses him and I'm not sure I can replace him fully. you are confident, you can and you know, you will manage. I just want to have his aura and people to follow me like him. Not that they don't listen, but they believe in him, and my deeds call them into question, I read it in their eyes. I'm ashamed to tell him at home :), so I ask you, is it normal to feel a little insecure and confused
