Is This A Normal Way Of Working?

The Story

I have been working in a seasonal restaurant for 2 months and we have no staff. I am one waitress, we have 1 bartender and another boy who works as a bartender and waiter. The cafe during the week opens at 12 and we are until 8-10, on the weekend from 10 to 10-11 and it is just us because there is a lot of work. We are all day during the week. We are 12 hours and more on the weekend and it's harder, but we're getting better. The problem is that we do not have a day off. I know it is not legal and proper, but we cannot find staff. I am now a prom girl and I have to organize everything for my prom myself. Separately, I have high school diplomas and I have to study. I often ask my boss to go to work at 2 or 3 to do something, I had a meeting with my photographer the other day. He lets me go, but he doesn't like it because I let the bartender open on his own, but honestly during the day we make a turnover of 20-30 BGN because there is no kitchen at this time of day and it is very weak. It has been raining for the last few days and since we are outdoors we did not open at all. In fact, when the weather is bad then we have a day off, but we are told in the morning of the day itself, the boss decides whether we will open or not. However, I can't make good use of it like that, except for sitting down to study, I can't do anything else, because I haven't agreed in advance.

I forgot to say that the coffee opens at 12 and I am at school until then and in the morning I am also busy. The other boy is in the 2nd shift of school, he is in the 11th grade and comes only to the 5th, which means that only I open during the day when there is no work and I am a waitress, say only I clean, fill oliverniks, etc. Here I had an argument with the boss and he said that there was nowhere else to do such gymnastics with shifts and I had to be more serious and stop going to work later. However, it is not ok for me to work from 12 to 8-9 in the evening, because my day goes to the movies. There are no 1st and 2nd shifts. For 1 week I want my friend and I to go and choose a new sofa and for 1 week I have no time. Since I don't have shifts from 8 am to 4 pm for the 1st shift and from 4 pm to 12 noon for the 2nd shift, isn't it right to let me go? Who is right ??
