He considers himself a higher being and wants everyone to accept him as he is, he does not comply with social norms. These people can be leaders and manipulators, they have a special charisma. He is a great liaison and knows not to say all businessmen, most of them run their businesses on that basis.
I am something like an assistant in his activity and I do the paperwork, and he evaluates my work and signs.
I don't know how to say it better, but I decided in the end that he let me into his circle of friends after he did such abominations, although I don't like watching him do anything.

I don't think these things are good, especially in an office. He speaks of a low culture, even though he is an educated man and the chairman of a branch organization. Otherwise, the man is 55 years old, goes to nightclubs and is constantly in pictures from discos, a new car is boiling, an apartment of the secretary's mistress and a bunch of other things. Then, of course, he delayed his salary for 3 months. I don't know how I put up with it, but I told myself that if I got another number like that, I would leave.
Ah, digging in the nostrils and farting is just the tip of the iceberg, and he started doing it a few months ago. I always try to accept him from the weighty side, but I already hate this person.

Practice since the 90s. The common man is easy to manage, easy to replace and not confused where he shouldn't be.
