Let's face it, this is a pseudo profession, at least in Bulgaria. I have a lot of experience with them on both sides and only about 3 - 4% do really work. The rest without having studied calmly you can compete with them from day one and achieve better results. When I was looking for people what was offered to me was as close as possible to documents, and no effort to analyze the skills of the candidates outside of that, the result of the 2 best applications turned out to be a green dick not made of them, my personal selection at the expense of a person with economic education for technical work turned out to be one of the most effective employees. In the job there was an internuth with experts from the industry and it became quite clear that everyone sucks their rules when choosing from their fingers, if one held another passport photo he did not care if it was going to be from the beach, one has no problem with changing the rboti druck (one from Bulvork) and if he sees that you change your job "often" (aged 4 - 5) he throws it. From my experience of going to interviews in 2007, it was quite comical, then every "specialist" ran away from an agency and made his own by stealing the methods and documents, the same documents were given to me in 3 different agencies. There was a case of the head of an agency yelling at me that I had to sit at home and learn English instead of going around Bulgaria and that she hadn't taken two years off (it was like I had a little give it). Regarding personal emotions that should not be present in a discourse, i have been taught or hobbled. Like every herd, there is carrion here, however, my opinion is that over 80% of THERS are more harmful to workers and employers.
