He tries to put a lot of guilt on me, for mistakes that my colleagues make, he doesn't even make a remark to them, but he gets annoyed with me. I have no problem with any of the company. Everyone does their job and even he works a lot, he is quite good for our field, but as a human relationship he is not good for anything. He always wants him to be the center of attention, he wants to rob all the sheep, he should command what will happen and everyone should be silent and agree. And if he sees serious competition in front of him, he behaves in a similar way as he treats me. There is no elementary approach to people. He treats everything with command and imposition of opinion, with shouting, with nerves, with malice. Not only does he show them to his older colleagues, but it is obvious in his eyes that he feels the same way about them. Talking to him will not fix things, because even when he makes mistakes and they are obvious to everyone, he considers himself right. He doesn't like anyone to know more than him. He always wants him to say what will happen. There have been situations and the whole company opposes something, but with force and malice he imposes his own, just to become his own. Ego to the sky. How do I deal with such an idiot? When I don't pay attention to him, I'm better. He is afraid of you because he obviously thinks you are his competition. Use this against him as you crush him, ironize him, laugh at him, shout well and stay calm - he will be eaten by malice. If you are too high-pitched, you go to the boss very upset and explain to him how such behavior oppresses you and prevents you from doing your job, to sit down to talk to him without telling him, you complained to me, otherwise he will ruin you.
