Does It Make Sense For The Majority Of Office Professions?

The Story

Teachers, med. nurses, cleaners, drivers, and doctors are paid less than call center operators with only language and computer operators who process data and check for errors. But only the first ones make sense for society and contribute to something. The latter can be easily automated.

What did an administrative ladybug, an aunt in a public institution, a call center operator, so-called white-collar workers contribute to? And I'm one of them, and every day I ask myself if this is like - a shitty job with no meaning, no making, creating, or at least maintaining that society doesn't break apart. And, accordingly, colleagues have low morals and are embittered.

Aren't poets, actors, and dancers important? Why doesn't anyone pay them? Were not most of our revolutionaries poets and writers? And why are they irreplaceable: scavengers, cleaners, nurses, and doctors pay them little? Why does no team leader or" Manager " in a call center (for example, at a waterfall) get more than a uni-teacher with research papers, and a medic dropped out of school, or a cleaner who digs in the trash and cleans us at work, so as not to catch any infection?

Ostensibly, the technological revolution would have freed up our time for Hobbies like art, and actually created a bunch of unnecessary activities that would have made heaven on safe pay, nothing that the nature of the work is the type that I didn't produce, and I didn't contribute anything to society. But otherwise, many office people consider themselves very elevated and mock teachers, doctors, drivers, and janitors. But when they strike, drivers cry. This system is unfair.
