Digital Marketing Manager, I really like it, especially the part that you work from home, most people work 4-5 hours a day in reality, but when I'm at home I can turn on the TV or make coffee.

In Billa, a baker. You knead bread, bake snacks and in 3 and a half hours you have to load everything in the shop windows (so to speak and the bread is baked) So for three and a half hours you enter not only the selection of snacks for baking and baking, but also to make dough and knead breads and bagels and put them in the riser to rise for an hour, an hour and a half. And other things you have to do in it is not even 4 hours and it's just a lot of stress. I still think that this job is not for one person. I don't think it's good to brag that you manage to do everything from 6 in the morning to 9: 30/10: 00. Because, no matter how you look at it, the truth is that time chases you and you kind of compete (for time) instead of working. And 8 and a half hours is not enough for me. I need 9 hours (I'm just coming home today). And in the afternoon you make some bread and so on. I learned things quickly, I have to finish smoothing, but no matter how polished you are and how quickly you roll the loaves, I just think that you don't work there (when you are alone on a shift), but you compete. And you don't have time for breaks (which you deserve), but where do you have free time, when you are constantly on the move, there is always some work to be done. I don't like that. But in vain I will stand and push to get used to kneading the dough and get acquainted with the process. Just as I learned to cook at home and do not look like a Neanderthal, so with kneading dough, there I can get used to and get acquainted with the intricacies of kneading and rolling bread. But it's definitely not worth it. In my opinion, this is Bulgarian. With few people want a lot of work to be done. I work as an adjuster in a workshop for plastic products. My first and only contract job I've ever started and it's been like this for 4-5 years. I like the job because I have already learned the craft and I do not go with stress, as the first 1-2 years, when I was a novice, because it is something that is not learned in 1-2 months, but much more. There are days with a lot of work, there are weaker days, there are of course days when I don't feel like going to work, but there is no way. The workshop has conditions, the winter is warm, the summer is cool, and most of the colleagues I mainly work with are young and nice people. Almost the entire team of the company of about 100 people is good. There is gossip and hypocrisy, but it is everywhere. For a small town, my salary is pretty good, so ... I like it.
