Do I Have A Chance

The Story

Hello! I am a woman, almost 50 years old, neat, modern, good looking. My question is addressed to all who would like to express an opinion and have some position of thinking on the issue. I've been changing a lot of jobs for a few years now, and the only thing I liked and was well paid was, to my great regret, I was laid off from this job, although I was doing great, but the staffs closed and I was from people who rely only on their own skills and qualities, not on connections. Then I came across unfair employers, they didn't pay salaries on time, they worked cold, and others didn't want to make a contract for me. I left all of them after I found out what games they were playing. But I kept looking, and I kept looking, hoping that I would be lucky enough to be in the right place. And I'm almost out of a job, I always find something, even though all my jobs are from a different field of activity. I don't know if there is someone like me, but every time I left in the hope of a new job, learned the job, worked well and diligently, but at one point I found something I didn't like, and who would like it, for example to be told that this month there will be no salaries, and the next. Next month they throw you 50 leva and tell you again that there is no money for salaries, you will have to take in the future. Here are such misfortunes, disorders and injustices. I'm leaving too. I can go on like this for a long time, but I started to like it. Now I have been unemployed again for 20 days and I am looking for a job, until 2-3 days ago, when my son accidentally stared at me with a statement that I despaired of. He told me-Eh mom, why are you throwing yourself to walk, to push such hard work, to look for pay and other extras, and keep in mind that no one looks at you, that you can work as a younger person can, and the attitude is always different. It struck me and landed, and my hopes vanished. Because I have energy, I am hardworking, I would do anything to work well and at the level of an employer who values his people and thus respects their merits.

Tell me, do I have a chance to meet one, would I hire a woman almost 50 years old, would I look at her seriously and with respect, as a full-fledged man-worker, employee. I'm from a big city. I would very much like to know the opinion of more people, if there are employers, too. Because before me, life and health, there are many more years that I have to work. Thanks for your time and attention! as a younger person can, and the attitude is always different. It struck me and landed, and my hopes vanished.
