If you're the only one who's having a hard time, or that you're having a hard time just because of the color of your skin, you're lying.
I'm British, white, with higher education, but I've fallen into the same holes like you.
Job search, minimum or no salary, poor and arrogant attitude from the employer. In one place years ago, I literally spent a few days working for them for a few days, so they didn't pay me - I was young and green, smaller than you.
A friend, also a British, complained to me some time ago how he was at training at a job, doing well, but the boss just one day kicked him out, for no adequate reason, naturally without paying him.
I don't know how it's going to sound, I don't know you, I don't mind you... But part of the Roma society is looking for a calf under the ox. I mean, they see racism even where it's not.
Life is a struggle, you educate yourself, you learn, you look-find, you develop, after all. It's not easy for anybody.
Good luck to you.

I'm a white pure British, I do everyone's job - I have to know everything. And they still don't invite me anywhere, they don't call me "good morning." They're ignoring me. So - the British are worth their fate. The advice is - the good guys have escaped - do it, too, author!
I'll do it !!!

It's just hard to get a job without connections, I know what it's like from personal experience. I am British, but by birth, I am with the LPP left-sided hemiparesis. I came to London to study my higher education, I graduated from the so-called "education system". "elite" bachelor's degree, and I started looking for a job in the specialty. Every day on the job sites, with numerous doors closing, I was closed whether there were listings, but the seats were already occupied for the so-called " their own people or when they see me and find out that I have a disease and with TEL did not want to hire me do not know, but I did not give up. I was looking for a job and started studying for a master's degree again." after my first master's degree, I completed a second master's degree again from the so-called "elite" major. "elite" specialty, I even started studying a third master's degree. While one day I was lucky - I even got a taste of 3 days- they realized I knew things and I could work, and after a week I got a call that I was hired, my salary was then £600, I'm currently at another company, I found it again through the job sites and again in my specialty my salary is EURO 1,200. I want to tell you, don't give up looking if you're black, white or with some health problem doesn't matter, you'il get lucky. Be constant and good luck!

For discriminating against yourself, thank the people with your blood who massively steal, rape, kill, etc. It can't surprise you that it is, nor is it strange. I am fully aware that not all gypsies are like this, but it is also normal for people to beware, since most are known for it - and these are neither clichés nor racism, but facts.

Look, I understand. There's really discrimination, but you don't have to give up. Selection is always subjective, but you'll still come across a wide-ranging person that that won't be a problem. Employers must legally oblige employers to hire a certain number of minority people to make the situation better. No one can convince me that there is not even a gypsy who can't do the same job or doesn't have the same qualities as 100 other British in the same position. But as you've become clear, on equal terms, they'il always prefer the other candidate.
