Hello :) I'm turning to you because I don't know where to pour my feelings. I'm just broken by people who are EVIL. I'm a shop assistant. We sell appliances. A person called me saying that his device was damaged and under warranty. This is ok. He said he had disassembled it a little. I said ok, bring it. He said he took down only one board to see what it was all about. Well bring it to me in the store disassembled into pieces, one piece in a bag. In the warranty it is unnecessarily mentioned that such devices are not accepted. I'm stupid! , I felt sorry for him (because he said that he could not assemble it, and they arrive in boxes assembled and have no instructions for assembly, because it is not assembled by the buyer, but comes assembled at the factory) and I accepted it. We delayed it a bit more than the warranty period because we were waiting for a part. The deadline is 1 month for repairs, it started ringing in the first week. He called again today :( I told him, that we are waiting for a part and at the end of others. week will be ready to take it. And when he shouted, he did nothing to me and threatened reporters. I did not even tell him that by law, we are right in this case to even deny him repairs. And now I'm sitting here, (the story was understood by my boss, I told myself to call him to calm down, that from a boss different than from a saleswoman) and I wonder why I did it .... why I decided to help the man, not to act like a dragon and explain to him that he has to pay for the repairs ... and send it disassembled for free repairs ... And for the sake of people like him, should I stop behaving with my clients as with PEOPLE, and to look at them as walking PASSAGES .... I always thought that people should be rendered services, to be helped in such cases. The man had given BGN 500, it had broken down and they wanted more money for that, that he has dismantled, and in fact he does not spoil anything with the disassembly .... And I think, I have good employers, I treated their employers badly. And I came to the conclusion that the Bulgarian is a bad person and I will not drink him with hanging coffee ...

Other times, tell customers 1-2 times that you do not accept disassembled appliances and if they bring you one, refuse them free repairs. Bulgarians understand everything from everything and finally ... Since he can't even connect the disassembled parts, why is he disassembling it? This is not looking at people like piggy banks if you explain to them that you do not accept such devices. And something else impressed me. He said he didn't hurt anything. What part were they waiting for in the store then? Was there any defect in the purchase?
