A Short Question

   The desire comes if you do what you like and can do and if you appreciate your work. Sometimes I went to work with a desire, but sometimes with disgust. I gave my best, but I came across both bad and good bosses.

   Yes, I also often feel overwhelmed at work. Although I have a supposedly prestigious and well-paid profession, I realize how someone else totally controls my life, I realize how I waste the most rewarding part of the day working for someone. How I do things I don't want to do, things I don't even think are right. I am also tired of working with poisonous and simple colleagues. It's so exhausting to constantly have to make serious compromises with yourself, in the name of the team ... I'm tired of bosses who try to crush you with their hair and I'm tired of fighting hard so as not to I allow it. Yes, I'm tired of wasting half my energy on being alert and "guarding" against bosses and colleagues with whom we pursue a common goal ... If anyone says that I'm just grumbling - I was already trying to get out of the matrix, I invested a lot of time, money and most of all effort and desire. It turned out to be quite difficult (which is not surprising) and on my first attempt I failed. Now I'm trying again, I'm constantly looking for ways, this life crushes me and I definitely don't want to lead it. I'm not saying it's not for everyone, but it's definitely not for me. I feel unhappy, very unhappy! I do it only for the money. If I could make even half, but be independent and have some control over my life - I would not hesitate for a second.    I don't like my job. My salary is the minimum. From loan to loan.

   Any job could be acceptable, but there are three factors that must be present: 1. A good team in which everyone helps others; 2. Good salary - and here I deliberately do not say to be high, but to meet the needs of the individual. 3. Managers who understand your work (and your work inclusive) and guide you when you don't know how to act in a situation. Of course, the very nature of the work is very important, but if the above things are there, even if the specific work is not the dream (not "your thing"), it will hardly be such a hell as the author describes. Personally, at the moment I am in exactly this situation - this is not my dream job, I do not want to do it all my life for sure, but my colleagues are understood, so are the managers, the salary suits me at the moment ... And that's it. look around for something else. The city is small, but someday, within a few months, something must pop up. Ask acquaintances, look at job postings, go to 1-2 interviews, just to see what is on offer and if it could be a better idea. Don't despair, as Churchill said, "If you go through Hell, keep going." Keep your head up!

   I love my job and I do it on Saturdays and Sundays. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world, and the pay is good.
