Biography
Born in 1999, the young Zoé Adjani-Vallat was in first literary theater option in the south of France when she was contacted to cast the new film by Jérôme Enrico (Paulette) entitled Cerise.
At that time, the filmmaker saw more than 450 young actresses from all over the country and is still not satisfied, even after very extensive auditions. When the young Zoe in turn passes the casting to the director, the latter is quickly won over; he has found his Cherry, the one who will have the talent and the charisma to play this rebellious teenage girl with purple hair forced to join her father (Jonathan Zaccaï) in Ukraine.
The actress is the niece of the famous Isabelle Adjani but Jérôme Enrico assures us that her surname has nothing to do with obtaining the role of Cherry; this is why the latter insisted on setting up a raised hearing to ensure that the teenager had the shoulders to embody the character. Cerise is therefore the first role in the cinema of the promising Zoé Adjani-Vallat.
