In the youth section of biathlon, the girl quickly began to achieve success, her first friends appeared. Peers thought that Jim was the girl's name, not the last name. They jokingly called Julia Jimmy or Jim Carrey. The athlete's friends were Yana Bondar and Valya Semerenko, with whom Yulia later got into the Ukrainian national team. Julia has long been one of the top sexiest athletes in Ukraine (with a height of 168 cm, the girl's weight reaches 58 kg) and is not deprived of male attention, but the biathlete has no husband or children yet. The fact is that everyone was sure that the girl would qualify for the mass start according to the World Cup quota. She was 16th, and Russian Ekaterina Yurlova-Perkht was disqualified, therefore, Julia Dzhima was in the top 15. But the quota was reduced to 14 seats, and the Ukrainian did not get into the mass start. And in the individual race, she managed to finish only 20th.
