It's not your fault - your whole generation is like that, with a few exceptions.
Try to learn English, just writing words, and memorizing them will develop memory.

I also don't have a good education, and I can't remember anything when I started work I was just worried and didn't know what to do. But after I didn't give up, I finally learned and I was even promoted to big positions. Depends on the person. If you can't remember, always try to write it down, even if there are a lot of people and it's hard.

I studied 300 pages a week during exams. That's 1,500 pages a month. Just 5 pcs. of maji and salads I despair more.
