M20, Varna I will be direct and will drive briefly. A few months ago ... for almost half a year I decided to look like a person and started training. I had maybe 20% subcutaneous fat and started researching ways to repair this ugly problem. I got into a calorie deficit and started training harder by running at least 3, 4 times a week, downloading the app six pack 30 days, starting levers ... I did my best and ate properly, watching YouTube channels where they succeeded people give advice from experience .. I just did my best and the only thing I got was that I lost a few pounds, gained a weaker vision and definitely got rid of excess fat, but my press is STILL not showing up to hell. . !!! I decided that maybe I've cleared up well and I just need to start training for muscle mass and I started this a week ago. I do push-ups, sit-ups, buckets, train with dumbbells at home and put a lot of emphasis on push-ups. I want to ask if I am moving in the right way and what should I do to achieve my goal at last? I'm 1, 84 tall, and I'm not sure about kg ... a month ago I was 74, and now I may have downloaded or uploaded 1, 2. Thank you!
