I work in Germany in an international company and I can tell you from my own experience how things are. We have two IT admins who speak both English and German. By the way, they are both Germans. Before that we had one who spoke English but also spoke German very well. In general, I think that as an IT administrator you have a good chance to find a job with English only, but in Germany, German is a big advantage. Start learning it, even if you don't master it perfectly, learning it will only bring you benefits. For example, if they hire you, they will introduce you as "Mr. and Mrs. who speaks English, Bulgarian and Russian and is currently learning German." (Do you know Russian at school level you can say it). It's different. Not to present you almost as "One of the Bulgarians who only knows English." Sounds nasty, like "Abe, a student from Bulgaria who knows English and she came here to take our good jobs." In my opinion, in order to have a new car and a nice apartment, you may not learn German - as long as you find a normally paid job in the specialty. But if you want to integrate and be happy in Germany, you have to learn German. Otherwise you will feel isolated and you will sit alone and misunderstood in your nicely furnished apartment. Oh one more thing: In order to be hired here, you have to be better than here. you have to learn german. Otherwise you will feel isolated and you will sit alone and misunderstood in your nicely furnished apartment. Even if you are an IT specialist, you will have to prove a level of language proficiency, most likely at least C1. And this is a high level. It will not work in Germany without knowing German. In all white countries, they speak the respective language, not the English that has prevailed in Bulgaria. No matter what field you plan to work in. I am talking about professions that require a high level of education, not others.
