Will Something Happen To Me From The Sugar?

The Story

Hello! I searched the internet for a similar case, but unfortunately I found nothing. The problem is that I love honey a hell of a lot. Today my mother had taken a honey substitute, which says it contains 95% fructose-glucose syrup and 5% honey. I was really hungry and just wanted to try it, but I don't know what happened to me and I ate the whole jar. It was 400 g. In 100 g it was written that it contains 350 calories and 80 g of sugar, that is, I took 1400 calories and 320 grams of sugar. Will something happen to me? Basically, I've always loved to eat honey, but this has never happened to me. Is it possible for me to gain weight or something happens to my insulin in my blood? And what could be the reason that I had such an appetite for sweets? Basically I'm not overweight - I'm 165 tall and I'm 52 kg, I'm 18 years old. Please publish my story because I'm terribly scared.
