I'll start by saying that I'm a 16-year-old boy in 9th grade. I'm already starting with the real part! When I was in 7th grade, I liked a girl in my old school and I still like her. We were good friends with her, but while we were friends I secretly liked her as something more. Then I was afraid to admit to her that I would lose her as a friend. My problem is that since we finished 7th grade and I changed schools I have not seen her. The bad thing is that I haven't forgotten her, I just can't and I would very much like to see her at least one more time. So I thought of writing to her on Facebook to invite her out, but I'm very hesitant to do so because I'm afraid it will be too strange to write to her and even invite her out after 2 years of not talking at all. . So please tell me if I should do it and if so, in what way! Thank you for your attention!

Hello! :) I was very pleased with your story, because I experienced the same thing a few years ago, but 1: 1. Except I'm the girl. : D I really liked my best friend, a boy from the class, but neither of us said anything. In 8th grade we were accepted in different high schools, our paths parted as they say and until 9th grade I kept thinking about him and I wanted to talk at least. Anyway, get back to your situation. Write to her, try your luck ... Who knows, she may be happy and accept to see you ... and time will tell if you can be more than friends. At least you'll get a good friend back ... we haven't talked to mine to this day, and I'm sorry that's how things turned out (we're in 11th grade now). Go boldly and write what you decided / what happened! :) - Д.
