The Story

Hello, I am 17 years old and I weigh about 80-85 kilograms, I have a wide hips, a big and not at all tight ass, belly, etc. In general, I do not have a very perfect physique for my age. After 20 days I start folk dances twice a week and I have at least 5-10 minutes of walking to school in one direction. I eat everything, but I don't cram in large quantities. My request is as follows: can you give me a diet or diet that has long-term results (and you have tried and are satisfied - you can link or write in the comments in more detail) and if you can some very effective exercises that I can to do in the morning before school (I only have half an hour to recover in the morning) or when I go home.
