Why Is It Selfish Not To Whitewash Your Creativity?

   I don't think it's selfish. Everyone decides whether to share it or not. Some really die for attention and write all sorts of nonsense, then share them for an opinion, etc. I've been writing for a long time and a little over a year ago I decided to publish on the Internet, in an application that is monitored by many people. At first it was a joke, I shouted to myself that no one would pay attention to me, but then the readings of my works (so to speak) began to increase and people told me that I had talent. And so I gradually continued to publish on the site. But no one can tell you that you are selfish just because you don't want to share your work. I also have my own things that I don't tell anyone and I only publish what I judge. None of my friends know I'm writing because I don't want them to know, and they'll probably make fun of me. I even find it funny when they tell me that one day I will become a writer. The thought of it terrifies me. I don't want it to happen and people to read things to me. Things are different on the site and no one knows me. Now I have deviated a lot from the topic, but I want to tell you not to pay attention. No one needs to know, this is your personal space. You're not selfish that you don't share, you just don't want to. Everyone has the right to write and do whatever they want.    Almost no one is interested in amateurism, I do not know who so wants to confuse your soul, yours or any boyfriend. It's your thing, you decide. It's like giving your clothes or bed to other people. Emmy, as you see fit.

It is selfish because you can enrich the world with your creativity. Even from a material point of view, the money earned from what you create could help someone, and so everything remains only for your personal consumption. Which is selfish. :)

   It's not selfish, but you just deprive yourself of the opportunity for things to reach other people. I also write to my friends, as well as many other people, the general public already knows this. I can't paint. But don't get caught up in the talk that it's selfish. Years ago, I also wrote only for myself, because I didn't have the self-confidence that things were so good for me, I still wanted to improve. Now I think I write a little better, but I still have a lot to develop. Grow, but share your things with others. They also need human stories as well as beauty. By writing you tell human stories, and by drawing you create beauty. These things are for sharing with other people, but you decide. The choice is yours.
