I am a 19 year old girl, I weigh 54 kilograms and I am 168 tall (if these facts are relevant). I want to clear subcutaneous fat and achieve relief. My problem is that from my experience so far, there is no fitness instructor with whom I have worked properly. Most throw you a universal regime that is in no way consistent with a person's body type, lifestyle, foods he likes, dislikes, is allergic to, and so on. My request to you is to share your feedback about fitness instructors / nutritionists you have worked with and pay personal attention to their clients, motivate them and work well. I'm looking for fitness instructors, who work online, as I am from a small town and there are not very competent people on the subject.
