Hello, I have been using a hair dryer for many years and I think my hair is used to it to such an extent that when I do not dry it, it looks flattened, shapeless, without volume at the roots and thin and brittle at the ends (this as soon as it dries, sleeping one night is even worse in the morning). I no longer want to treat my hair with curling irons, curling irons and hair dryers and I wonder if if I stop drying my hair, in time my hair will start to look more normal I forgot to say that my hair is generally thin, and the fact that it is quite straight actually makes it look very unhealthy. Otherwise, I use Pantene shampoos, conditioner and all kinds of homemade hair masks. That is, except that I dry, straighten and / or curl it after each wash, my hair is taken care of, so I don't see why it's so nasty .... I'll be glad

Maybe you're overdoing the balm ... that's why it's so flattened. Apply conditioner only from the middle down to the edges and not much as a quantity. I even miss it sometimes and my hair is easier to straighten later. You can wash it and let it dry and straighten it the next day if you have a press. So the damage is much less because the hair is not wet. Another option is to use foam or crystals and while it is wet break it with your hands and let it dry on its own. And yet you can not do without a hair dryer from time to time ... we live in such a time, and hair grows anyway: * Angelica
