What Would You Do?

The Story

I have been working in a company for several years. During all this time, I trained many more people than usual. I could hardly do my job because I was constantly busy filling in the gaps. Someone leaves and hop - I do his job because I can. Someone went on vacation and I take part of his job because I can. In the position I am in, there is a lot of work and there have always been 2 or 3 people, but if they take someone, he still can't do it and I open most of the work and then when they fire him, because it doesn't work - I take over everything again. And so non stop. I barely asked for my salary to be increased to 600 net. I also work on Saturdays. The bosses are on our heads all day and watching us, which puts extra strain on us. I have a master's degree and I work in my specialty. There are colleagues who take twice as much as me, but when I ask why this is so, dust is thrown into my eyes. God forbid that I get sick and be absent, they start calling me and asking me when I will return, because there is no one to work. There are no candidates. I'm tired of all this. How would you do
