   People work enough not to fire them, and bosses pay enough to keep them. In your case, the first is high. Ask for yours. If it doesn't suit you, look until you find what suits you.

The fact that others are paid more, for less work (in your opinion), is a serious excuse to talk to them and seek the right to decent pay. I've been in this situation and you will definitely succeed if you are really invaluable. Be careful not to overestimate yourself, then you will score an own goal. Consider well what foundation you set foot on, if the team needs you very much, seek your rights, but if you are mistaken, they may release you prematurely. You know your qualities best and only you can make the right decision.

I would like to add something that was raised in the comments. There is a lot of turnover in the company and everyone comes, works for two months, sees what it is, and steals their hammers. Besides me, there is only one senior employee, who in the 2nd year of the internship and there took 1500 levs of pure money. This is how things turned out, that even in the 3rd year of my internship there I didn't take that much, and on the contrary - 530 net. Because the work done and the money in the cash register are kept, I had direct access to how much everyone works and how much they take. At the moment, all my colleagues are subordinate to me / as funny as it is /, and everyone takes more money from me and has less debt. I shared this with the bosses, but they started throwing dust in my eyes, because the tendency in the company is to lie and hang people until they realize. They felt that I would leave if there was no change, and I was valuable to them, because people have been training for this job for months, I knew the answers to all questions and I worked quickly, so they transferred some of my responsibilities to another colleague who now has a job. as much as I have, he still takes BGN 800 more than me. They constantly quarrel with me if I take more than 15 minutes of rest at once, obviously this is a way for them to keep me short and to be non-stop in the office. I complained of several more irregularities, and when I hit the knife in the bone, they raised my salary ... by .... BGN 30. This is at the moment. And I keep hesitating if I want a lot, if they want a lot, but why do my colleagues have 5-6 months of experience and take 700 net, and I 550? And why do I stretch the strap to refill them with consumables that they can refill themselves, why do they spare them at my expense, etc.?

My job is a stupid routine, no one rewards me, with 300 dawns I won 600 net, I work on Saturday, and my colleagues with higher salaries from Monday to Friday, there are two colleagues who ally against me, which weighs on me .. .

I was also in a similar situation to yours, but I checked the job postings absolutely every day and where I liked it, I applied. Get out of there, don't say anything to the bosses at all, smile at them, pretend to be happy with the first good offer - goodbye!
