My husband and I both gave up cigarettes - about 4 years ago. I gave up a little later. It will be difficult at first, but you have to be persistent and very stubborn. You can't help but gain weight in the beginning, eat seed chips in general with everything you can lie about nicotine cravings. Believe that tales like I can't help but smoke, these are absolute nonsense. No such thing. If you keep your health YOU CAN. I have two children and the refusal was related to the fact that I was pregnant. Then I breastfed. But I started and stopped them again. I haven't really smoked in a year. My husband was coughing a lot, so he stopped them. But he said and cut off, and will make February 4 years. And for me things are a little harder - I vow something dear to me that I will not smoke until one time. But it really has to be expensive for me. And I'm going to meet the deadline. Stubbornness is very important. I wish you success. Not smoking is wonderful. Don't worry about gaining weight over time.

Replace cigarettes with chewy candies, seeds and lots of peanuts, cram constantly and everything will be OK, I'm not kidding ..... try it!
