What Should I Do With My Son's Teacher?

The Story

Hello. My son is in the 2nd grade and has been studying with the same teacher since the first grade. At the first parent-teacher meeting, the lady recommended (I was not present, but my father was there) a private study room where the teaching was excellent. Then the problems started. Instead of starting with the first lessons of the sections, they go to the last ones, where the exercises are. Of course, in this case, the child can not answer the questions. Additionally gives such homework assignments. Once the child is confused enough to try to find the answers without knowing them, she starts teaching them the first lessons. I try to explain the lesson to him at home, but he is deeply immersed in all sorts of other approaches and is even more confused. In the next section, I decided to advance the lady a little to save the child from confusion. Yes, but no - the lady scolded another girl, to whom his mother probably acted like me and prepared him in advance. If I contact the district inspectorate to check the learning process (I could not be competent because I do not have a document certifying that I have completed primary education) there are 2 options. First - to establish that everything is fine. And second - to decide that there are violations in any method. But I think that a person advertising a private classroom in the beginning would not adjust his way of teaching in a favorable direction for students. Even more so if there is any benefit from this study room. I don't blame her, because it doesn't matter to me where else and how many private lessons she gives, but I want the child to receive a competent teaching attitude, which even if it doesn't give him a lot of knowledge, at least not to confuse him to the point in which it is difficult then to make the right decision. What would you do?
