Woman, 43, Sofia, married.
• What is your daily life?
Varied. My work is interesting, home care is nice to me and I always find time for my hobby - gardening.
• What do you want to change in it and what do you want to keep?
I want to keep my freedom to choose my commitments and working hours. I don't give my garden for nothing! I need more discipline, I need to improve the organization of my day - too much time wasted on solving other people's problems.
• What are your goals?
To strengthen my health, which I have so far greatly underestimated and to expand my professional activity.
• What is happiness for you?
To wake up healthy, loved and calm for today.
• What motivates you to continue?
The results of my work and the happiness of my loved ones.

I will answer only one question - however banal it may sound, happiness is in health and family. Now some will say "this one is acting interesting and talking some learned candied clichés." I used to think so, but when a person loses them, he realizes how precious they are. And no, I don't idealize them because I don't have them. To a family I happened, and the health thank God is back to me, and even the fact that I can get up in the morning and wash myself and pee gives me indescribable happiness, not to mention how happy I am that my child grows up with a father. You have no idea what it's like to be dependent on someone else even for simple things and to be a burden on your loved ones, not to mention that you can't be useful to them and to yourself. It's a divisive feeling. I hope you don't have to understand. Few people realize what happiness it is to be useful - whether it's yourself, your family, it's about society. That means there is a sense and contribution from your existence. That's the foundation of happiness- the point. Depressed people are like that - because they don't see the meaning of their existence and they only come to suicide from that feeling. Imagine how excruciating it is. Apparently, our mind is so set up that the meaning of holding it up, though it may not make sense globally.

I work four days of the week 3-4 hours a day. If I'm at work for those four hours, I have to travel on the London underground for a total of eight hours. If I'm taking a break, I'm taking hacking courses.
• What do you want to change in it and what do you want to keep?

• What are your goals?
To go home in 2 years in Bulgaria with a secured livelihood and a renovated home.
• What is happiness for you?
Calm mind. Clean thoughts
• What motivates you to continue?
The peace that Bulgaria gives me and my friends there.

What is my daily life?
Every day I drink 1 handful with pills and wait for the moment i'm going to heal, which will happen. The rest of the time, I think about the last three girls that didn't work out for me. If there's time, I'm thinking nonsense and I'm depressed. I train, eat diet, and wait for the moment when I'm going to be healthy again. I have almost no social environment at the moment, and I'm freaking out. I drive a driver's license, study signs and go to the dentist.
What do I want to change about it? I want to communicate with more people, stop thinking about my exes and generally get better.
What are my goals?
I want to finish university and become a teacher. I want to find the person by my side and start a family. To raise a child and find real people, friends. To do something for my country. To take part in charity gatherings. Mostly related to nature.
What is happiness to me?
I think it's my responsibility to achieve the above mentioned things. Life is hard and sometimes nasty. Happiness are certain moments pleasant, achievements, labor, sharedness, love, social contacts, good friends, outings in nature, hikes, tents. Free time and money though. Because money has the ability to solve problems, and when you don't have it, the problems pile up.

Man, 23, Sofia
• What is your daily life?
Sometimes uniform, sometimes quite crazy, sometimes downright crazy - depending on the mood and circumstances. It includes meetings with different people, outings at restaurants, traveling around Bulgaria, but often privacy with a book at home.
• What do you want to change in it and what do you want to keep?
I would like to find a lucrative and promising job that motivates me for new achievements and, on the other hand, to provide me with a normal standard, without deprivation. I wouldn't sacrifice my friendships, my freedom, my time of solness.
• What are your goals?
To live abroad, somewhere away from winter and the nasty cold. To find the place that makes me truly happy, to commit to something serious there, to buy a home and at a certain stage of my life - to make a round-the-world journey.
• What is happiness for you?
All seemingly small things in life. To sleep till 12:00 in the first day and wake up cheerful and rested. Go to a restaurant with friends and enjoy the delicious food. To visit my parents after months of absence at home and tell them all night everything that happened to me during that time. To go to a new place I've never been, to take pictures, to admire diversity. Spend a week at the beach. To meet new people to advise on different things and hear different points of view. Having sex- a lot of sex. To read a whole novel in one day. To be grateful for the health and energy with which I am gifted. But most of all, to be myself, always and everywhere.
• What motivates you to continue?
The thought of living once. That we are masters of our destiny and deserve the best.

What is your daily life?
Monotonously boring work at home t.e.
• What do you want to change in it and what do you want to keep?
I have no problem with my daily life other than that I can't find time to play sports and it affects my health. Who doesn't play sports to go take some x-ray scans and go to the doctor just in case!
• What are your goals?
Someday I'il have money. I don't want a billionaire to be a billionaire, but I want to be a middle class.
• What is happiness for you?
I'm not happy, so I'm working on getting rid of the things that make me unhappy.
• What motivates you to continue?
Honestly, I don't know either. Some days I feel like I can do anything, and some days I just can't get out of bed. I think it's just my subconscious or like what I do or don't do, and that's what my mood depends on.
