I want to ask about electronic charging in public transport. It's crazy how things are with this recharging of electronic cards. Inside the buses themselves, how does the machine that issues the tickets work, and given that you have a card, can you not put it on the device and the other thing I don't understand is after there is electronic charging why there are conductors. It is super confusing please explain to me.

Which city is it? By the way, there are centers for urban mobility / transport houses, you can contact them. There are also (at least in most) signs on the buses, where there are also telephone numbers that you could contact.
