For the breed I recommend Russian blue - they are smart, do not move too much, the coat does not require almost any combing and does not meow much. But you can also get a purebred - these always have tons of colors and may not meow too much. But there really is no cat that does not require attention - in general, there is no home. a pet other than fish that does not require one. You need to take time for the cat, clean her toilet, get her a cat litter, a bed, a toy, a flea spray and find at least one scratcher to strip your furniture minimally. And when it comes to internal parasites that can be caught, for example, from the carpet, the detergents that can be poisoned, the cables that cats like to play with ... and some home. plants that can be eaten are poisonous (ivy, poinsettia, philodendron, caladium, bay tree). You should not have such flowers in you and you should take catnip. By adding vaccinations, castration and the vet in general, your finances will decrease significantly for the first month. If you live in a small apartment you need to calculate your options - after all, the toilet should be in a secluded place where the smell will not be felt. If you keep the Easter egg until the winter, the bills for it will supplement those for the heating. You need to decide how much to deal with the cat according to how many days a week (or month, God forbid) you have free. In general, having a cat is a complicated thing - responsibility, in other words. You really have to decide if you will be ready to take care of an animal, the place where you live and yourself at once. But if you can handle all this you can get a cat, as long as you can take care of her :) By adding vaccinations, castration and the vet in general, your finances will decrease significantly for the first month. Cats always require attention. "Not to be very active, not to require much attention and to be independent." In this case, I recommend a plush toy. Or a fish in an aquarium. Every animal requires attention, be it a cat. If you don't give them the time they need, they'll start pissing on your clothes and shoes (if it's male) and tearing things off your desk, shelves, and so on.
