What Are The Most Important Vitamins?

The Story

Hi, I'm a 16-year-old girl. I have been liking a girl for a long time, we met a month ago and we are very happy together. I stopped eating for two days because I'm tired of junk food and I want to lose weight, my girlfriend is weak and I feel awkward around her, even though she has proved to me that she loves me in every way and somehow fell in love with me, without caring at all what exactly I look like. I don't even feel bad without food, I feel lighter and full of energy. I plan to significantly reduce my diet in about a month, summer is coming, I will start exercising and I will feel more confident in my body. Then I will eat, I will eat ice cream/chocolate once a week because I don't need them. I will certainly not get anorexia, I do not want to be very skinny, I want to lose about 10 pounds. Yesterday I didn't eat at all, I just drank coffee, today I drank coffee again in the morning and no matter how much I don't want to, I will have to eat something for lunch/dinner, because our people are watching me closely what I'm doing and they seem to feel it. I hope my girlfriend doesn't notice either, because she will make me eat, she eats everything and I don't want to.

 

I plan to start eating only in the evening when my parents are at home and I will take turns every day - for example, one day nuts, another day some fruit, third-day vegetables, sometimes meat/yogurt so that I can still get some vitamins. Still, the vitamins from this meager diet are far from enough. I will ask you not to try to dissuade me from the lifestyle I have chosen, but to recommend me quality combined vitamins, containing everything necessary for a human body. Thanks in advance!
