Really a little naughty, but I don't agree that you're wasting your "best time" right now. While you're studying, you'll still have a good time. I understand your mother in part. New place, new people. And you're only 14. It's best to try to find friends there. Otherwise, it is unpleasant that you have left Pleven. I really like this city.
