Hello! I'm a girl of 17, I'm 153. I was offered to start lifting weights in a hall. But I'm hesitant to start, I basically want to lose weight and with the weights I think I gain weight and muscle. I'm afraid of becoming muscular and gaining weight. I am currently 48, I want to lose 42-43 kg. and tighten in the area of the thighs, thighs and abdomen. I don't know if I'm going to build some nasty muscles with these bars and look bad. Give me some advice. Thanks!

Are you crazy? You will ruin your waist and everything. It's worth doing if you want to compete, but you're 17 and isn't it a little late to start? Go to the gym and do a muscle program with the equipment (NOT LIFTING BARS) and cardio. There are many appliances with weights - don't you call it "bars"? See what the other girls are doing and you use these appliances. Let your coach make a program
