I've been doing exercises for months, but I don't see any results, except that I'm tightening them up a bit. Maybe losing weight in my thighs is the hardest part. It is not healthy to lose more weight, the thighs are cellulite, it is a poorly supplied fat tissue, respectively it has a slow metabolism and would be broken down at the latest when you lose weight.
