Hello. I'm not sure if this topic is for here, but I still want to ask how to lose weight in the thighs. I am 1. 68 tall and I weigh 55 kg. I've been doing exercises for months, but I don't see any results, except that I'm tightening them up a bit. Maybe losing weight in my thighs is the hardest part. I guess maybe I should lose more weight. If you can offer me effective exercises or any other tips to reduce their circumference. Thanks in advance.
You are almost 1. 70 and under 60 kg. These are the criteria for a model. :) what do you want more ??
I am in exactly the same position as you, 168 55 kg and with roundness in the thighs. In my opinion, the best solution is cardio - jumping rope, running, whatever you can. You both burn calories and tighten at the same time. Be careful what you eat - avoid pasta, all kinds of sweet things like croissants, waffles and other similar junk. Eat a balanced and healthy diet. Also drink plenty of water, it definitely works. If you are consistent in all this, I think you will not have any problems to lose weight and shape nicely. And if you're not something strikingly full in the thighs, believe me, the slight roundness is feminine, so don't get so obsessed.
A lot, a lot of work. I'm 1, 95 and it's very difficult to gain muscle mass. Three years of hard training, riding a bike, gaining levers, lifting weights, running on a trail ... It wasn't easy, but now I'm as healthy as a bull.
I don't think you need to lose weight if you don't see results from your workouts - change them. Include more intense and short exercises, think about nutrition - eat 4-5 times less with more salads and protein and reduce carbohydrates, especially simple ones, drink at least 1.5 liters of water. Such simple things could have a good effect and keep those pounds off, but looking better.
Don't worry, so am I. In the thighs and buttocks I am a little wide and relaxed. I do exercises such as abdominal presses, squats, lifting the legs to tighten the hips and push-ups, albeit a little. I ate what I wanted, but the result was zero. I plan to change my situation. I will advise you to eat healthier and less of everything. Avoid sweet and salty harmful things (backcross, beans, chips, chocolate, candy, ice cream and any such pampering that will bring you nothing but extra pounds). Move more and do exercises to tighten the thighs. I'm not saying you don't taste junk food at all, but indulge in a bar of chocolate or ice cream from time to time (if you want or you decide). And if you are in good shape (tight, of course, not relaxed), accept yourself as you are and enjoy life. I wish you success

It is not healthy to lose more weight, the thighs are cellulite, it is a poorly supplied fat tissue, respectively it has a slow metabolism and would be broken down at the latest when you lose weight. In my opinion, the most effective way is through massages and anti-cellulite creams, ie by increasing blood circulation there. I have terrible cellulite, but I still do not find time to apply and massage regularly and I can not say in practice how effective it is. If anyone knows a more effective method - to write.
