Hello. I'm not sure if this topic is for here, but I still want to ask how to lose weight in the thighs. I am 1. 68 tall and I weigh 55 kg. I've been doing exercises for months, but I don't see any results, except that I'm tightening them up a bit. Maybe losing weight in my thighs is the hardest part. I guess maybe I should lose more weight. If you can offer me effective exercises or any other tips to reduce their circumference. Thanks in advance.
