I had the same "problem": I bought a bike ergometer and rode it for about an hour a day. various exercises with weights that are attached to the ankles.The result: Shaped, tight ass, thighs.No breeches, I removed inches from the calves and around the waist. (I also do sit-ups, of course, I train my whole body). I used to be quite juicy and relaxed, I set aside an hour or so, every day of the week, sometimes dividing different exercises into different hours of the day when I'm free, I eat healthy, I don't eat semi-finished products, sugar, ready-made drinks, and similar junk.I eat mostly meat, fish, yellow cheese, cheese, lots of fruits and vegetables, and drink teas. The bread I eat is either typical or rye. Tui, then. It is difficult only in the beginning, then you become addicted, and it becomes a way of life. Without training, large, loose thighs look ugly, no doubt. Even if you can't take inches off them, at least once you work out you will shape harmoniously and feel good in your skin. :) You can be full and tight. But I doubt you will lose weight if you ride a bike or exercise bike. You play a movie and drive as much as your soul wants when you have time. Movie - to distract you, otherwise it's a big annoyance, and you'll stop on the 3rd time ... slack thighs look ugly, no doubt. You know that if your weight is not positioned in the gluteal area - they will be in the abdominal area ?! And on the shoulders, arms and back. Do you prefer that? Diabetic obesity? Understand that you are kissed by God to put them in the right place, so you will never look ugly fat. You are harmonious.
