Hi, I'm a 21-year-old girl. I weigh 50 kg and I am 163 cm, but there is something that irritates me a lot all my life. I follow a diet, I train (I train with weights in the gym, but I don't overweight), I lose weight everywhere else but not where I need to. My arms, abdomen and back are bones, and his empty legs do not move. They always stay on the same laps, and the rest of the body only loses weight and is super disproportionate. 1. Train your lower body with more attention. 2. Reduce your intake of simple carbohydrates at the expense of protein. 3. Try massages and yoga. I believe that it will have an effect.
