Weight Loss And Tightening

The Story

Hello. I have been watching this section for some time and I have noticed that there are people who understand such topics and are able to give quality advice. I want to lose 5 kg and tighten optimally by summer. I am now 47 kg and I am 155 cm tall, 21 years old. I do not have the opportunity to go to the gym, so I rely on the funds I have and the diet. I ride a bike for an hour (sometimes more) every day when it's not raining and I'm not in a cycle. I'm not a fan of running, but in a few days I plan to start running for half an hour a day. In a few days I do abdominal presses, 50-60. My diet necessarily includes fruits and vegetables, salads, soups, chicken, tuna, eggs, a glass of milk a day, wholemeal bread a slice a day. I can afford jam and pasta once a week. My problem areas are my thighs and my abdomen, not that I have who knows how much belly fat, but I want it to become absolutely flat. Would you also recommend any arm exercise? I don't aim to build muscle, I just want it to be weaker at the top. I can't do push-ups. :( With this diet and sports, will I be able to tighten up until the summer and look thin? Should I give up coffee, drink 1-2 a day? Thank you for your attention.
