I will run every morning, there is a stadium next to us, it is more or less big, I will do 4-5 laps. I will switch to a diet or a separate meal. I will do exercises at home for the whole body, there is a fitness instructor who makes videos (I think you know her) about 1: 30-2 a day, and at some point I will go to the gym. There is no point in running every day, but it is probably possible to take them off, but you need a lot of work, it's good that you are motivated now, but this motivation should not run away. Eat a little but often, stop carbonated, eat a lot of fruit. Drink plenty of fluids, water at least 1 liter per day. Go to the gym, run, ride a bike and I say again. MOTIVATION MUST ALWAYS BE WITH YOU, WITHOUT IT NOTHING CAN HAPPEN. ;)
