Hello! I have very weak calves (circumference 30 cm) and my question is what exercises can I use to shape them ?? I used to lift my toes, but I've heard that it made me taller, and it really seemed to work for me ... so I stopped doing it. I was told that I could run, but I am weak and I will lose the most weight if I do extra cardio. So really help me, if you understand! : '(
