I went through the same story. I decided to have a second child after my first was 9. It turned out not so simple. After the first few months of trying, I got a strange pain in the lower right. After examination it turned out that I have an ovarian cyst and a slight adhesion. A bunch of drugs followed, most of them hormonal. Nothing followed but my weight gain and depression. This lasted for almost 2 years. In the end I said enough - end! - I stop all medications. The cyst had never moved. We no longer had a child, just sex. Because before that I was so obsessed that I monitored temperature, ovulation and "worked" actively. You won't even believe me, but exactly a month after I stopped taking the medication, I was pregnant. Yes, I even got pregnant with the cyst, which is very lucky. In the third month of my pregnancy, the cyst had ruptured on its own. So my advice is: just calm down and everything will work out on its own. I wish you good luck!

This work is not done by going to the doctor, but by sex ... :)
