Walking In Great Need

The Story

I have a big problem with this ... I don't know why it is ... maybe because I'm underweight ... I eat well, I don't deprive myself ... I eat fruit every day ... but I rarely go in great need. Before losing a few pounds I walked every other day, two ... and now I walk 2-3 times a week, of which only the 1st walk is so to speak normal (even a lot), and the other 2 are almost nothing (I mean that the stool is very small so it's like I didn't go at all) My first question is do you know what can help? (Only as a last resort would I take medication or something like that) Second: Is it possible to gain weight because of this?
